Peeka & Boo and the first mission – vol. 1

Valentina Venegoni is a writer and screenwriter. With her head always in the clouds — and comic strip speech bubbles — she has created stories for major Italian and international publishers, including Disney, Jungle Editions, and Erickson. In 2023, she won the Immaginaria national competition and a place in the A Caccia di Storie artist residency organized by Lucca Comics and Games. She loves traveling, sunsets, and stories that stay with you, both visually and emotionally.

Serena Ferrero, also known as SantaMatita, was born in Turin in 1992. In recent years, she has worked as an author, colorist, and illustrator for Bao Publishing, Tomodachi Press, Ankama, Sarbacane, Attacapanni Press, Erickson, Giunti, Rainbow, Mulino Bianco, Pacini Fazzi Editore, Domani Editoriale, and Al vento magazine. She won the Bartoli Award at Arf in 2024 as a promising new Italian comic artist. She teaches Digital Illustration at La Scuola Comics in Turin and regularly collaborates with Casa Oz. Previously, she worked as a mail carrier.

Daniele Bonomo, known professionally as GUD, is an author and illustrator born in August 1976. He holds a degree in Political Science, with a thesis on Will Eisner, and has always had a strong inclination for visual storytelling and drawing. His career spans cartoons, humorous comic strips, illustrations, and comic books for children, teenagers, and beyond. GUD is well-known for creating the Terry Time and Timothy Top series, and for writing and illustrating the comic book manuals Tutti Possono Fare Fumetti and Come Creare Fumetti, both published by Tunuè. He has collaborated with major publishing houses including Il Castoro, Coconino, Comix, Dami, Mondadori Ragazzi, and Sonda.
