Gabriella Ballin

Gabriella Ballin creates fresh, bold stories for children—designed for little ones, but with a wink to grown-ups.
Originally from Friuli and now based in Lombardy, she began her career in television as a writer-producer for Disney Channel Italy, where she created promotional content for cult series. Today, she works as a freelance creative with major international media groups.
Trained at the Scuola del Fumetto at Castello Sforzesco, she blends an illustrator’s eye with a passion for storytelling.
Since 2022, she has published Tutto vietato ammenoché and Come far arrabbiare mamma e papà with Book on a Tree—the latter a bestseller also in Spain and South Korea.
