Valentina Torchia

Italian author born in Milan in 1983. With a degree in Medical Biotechnology, she works as a medical writer and science journalist. Always passionate about stories and manga, she attended the Bottega Finzioni writing school in Bologna, where she studied writing for various media, from novels to screenplays for fiction and animation. Her debut novel, Ti sento, was awarded the prize for best fiction novel at the Milano Pitch 2020 event and has been translated abroad. When she is not writing, she loves to travel, and Japan is her favourite country.
