Another mystery for Linus – the pint-sized detective with a big heart and even bigger disguises!

Just as Linus’s long-lost father suddenly reappears, a well-known local figure—Mr Putacaso—mysteriously vanishes. The two events seem suspiciously linked, and Linus is determined to investigate. Between awkward family reunions and secret clues, Linus dives into one of his trickiest cases yet. Fortunately, he’s used to handling emotional turmoil… with dramatic flair.

  • Packed with clever banter, absurd disguises, and schoolyard mysteries, this laugh-out-loud series reinvents the detective genre with a humorous twist for middle-grade readers.
  • Each book weaves together classic detective tropes — clues, crime bosses, cryptic notes — with childhood dilemmas, family dynamics, and school life. The result is a blend of genuine heart, playful chaos, and laugh-out-loud comedy.

From the same series (Detective Linus): Detective Linus and the Turquoise Falcon, Detective Linus incredibly solves another case, Detective Linus. His Enemies Hate Him, His Friends Put up with Him, An Explosive Case for a Crackling Hero.
