His power over men was believed to be neutralized, until, in a quiet seaside town in Italy, thirteen-year-old Marina discovers that the body of her great-grandmother, who passed away at an old age, looks like a young and beautiful girl, with a strange mark on her forehead.

A few days later, the body disappears, and a ghostly young woman appears in town, beautiful but marked with a sign on her forehead that looks just like the one seen on the corpse.

Rocco, a dear friend of Marina, falls in love with her, and shortly after, he falls ill. Rocco and Marina find themselves involved in a search that will lead them to uncover the story of Count Dracula, whose crimes still cast a shadow on the present…
