Me, you & other curses
When love beckons, do you embrace it or run away?
Zoe keeps everyone at arm’s length and is planning to flee to somewhere far away. Too bad that one night Teo suddenly reappears at her side: loud, provocative, and impossible to ignore, he’s the imaginary friend from her childhood—back to haunt her. Determined to shake off this curse, she turns to Adam, whose budding mediumistic powers may still be too raw… and who is perhaps far too afraid to explore them. Just as he’s afraid of Zoe: he fears her and loves her in equal measure, silently, knowing she barely seems to notice he exists. Adam soon discovers that in order to banish Teo, Zoe must confront the wish list she created with her imaginary friend when they were children. The plan seems to work—at least until Teo takes on a real, physical body (and what a body!). Now getting rid of him seems impossible. Especially because Zoe finds herself increasingly drawn to the mysterious, visceral bond with her imaginary friend, who with each passing day seems to be becoming a part of her…
- A novel full of romanticism, dramatic moments, and contrasting emotions.
- A story about fog—inside and out—about hormones, anger, and hearts that beat far too hard.
