My Cat Saw the Killer

Mystery

When Carla comes home, her cat is dozing on the couch. As always, there’s no one else at her uncle and aunt’s house (Carla has lived with them since… well, she prefers not to think about that), except for Cucco, her cat. But today, Cucco is acting strangely. His paws are wet. And he’s leaving prints. Red ones. Blood?

Suddenly, two officers burst into the house—uniformed but without badges. A special mission, perhaps? Carla doesn’t know if she can trust them, but there’s no time to hesitate: they shove her into their car and take the cat too. Now she finds herself at the center of a murder investigation. The police need her help—or rather, Cucco’s help. He’s the only one who saw the killer.

But as Carla starts piecing things together, a different truth begins to emerge—one far more terrifying…
