A Witch for a Friend. Trouble, Magic, and Remember: Never Use the Door at the End of the Hall.

A Strange Desk Mate

When Villa Applepot suddenly appears one day out of nowhere, Miriam has just started school without her best friends. But in this house full of chimneys, turrets, and little windows, lives Priscilla, a girl… unique in her own way. She has eyes that change color, loves combing bats, and most of all… she’s a WITCH! Miriam has no idea yet about the extraordinary adventures (and incredible messes) awaiting her with the little witch: terrifying exams, horrible classmates, spider cream cakes, dragons in the living room! And she’ll also find out why you should never, ever go through that Door at the End of the Hall…

A Mummy at the Market

If your desk mate is a witch, the first thing you need to know is that you can’t even relax at school. Especially if that witch is Priscilla Applepot, and she’s set on helping you impress the boy of your dreams. Clumsy as she is, she’ll probably just get you in trouble. Or maybe a good old detention, just like what happens to Miriam. How to cheer up? By going to the Magical Wednesday Market, of course: an extraordinary place where flying carpets, fine potions, and caramelized fly legs are everyday items, and where you can meet fairies, ghosts, vampires, and even very grumpy mummies!
