Elsie W. Right was born in Canberra, Australia, in 1962. The daughter of a diplomat, Elsie travelled a lot as a child: she lived in India, New Caledonia, Tasmania and South Africa. Perhaps that’s why, nowadays, she almost never leaves her home in Jersey.
Martina Tonello was born in Padua, Italy, in 1993 and now lives in Bologna, where she spends her time writing and illustrating stories, and designing and running workshops for children. When she’s not out with her dog, she works in the publishing field, as well as for festivals and voluntary associations.
