Topazio inherits a cat with roller skates who can’t even stand up on the things. The
ringmaster of a circus offers Topaz a lavish payment if the cat will perform on roller skates. Despite
his training, the cat creates havoc during the show. But the audience are pleased and the two begin
to take their travelling show on the road.
