Erika De Pieri

Erika De Pieri, born in Motta di Livenza, is an illustrator and author. After attending the Art High School in Treviso and the Scuola del Fumetto in Milan, she began her career as a comic artist for Becco Giallo. She later worked as an illustrator for major publishers such as Lavieri, Mondadori, Dami, Nuinui, and Gribaudo, and created characters for several children’s book series including Dinamici (DeAgostini), Melowy (Fabbri), and Billo e Billa (Fabbri), which have been translated into multiple languages. From 2020 to 2022, she also collaborated with Lavieri as an art director. Over the years, she has published numerous children’s books, including La bambina Cioccolato (2009), Il principe azzurro ma proprio azzurro (2011), and Il gigante e il cavaliere (2022). For more than twenty years, Erika has worked with schools and led illustration workshops for children.
