Maddalena lives near Vicenza, at the foot of the Castles of Juliet and Romeo. After graduating in Philosophy, she worked for many years in a public library. For the past few years, she has been publishing several illustrated books and children's fiction in Italy and abroad. She also leads animated readings and workshops in schools, libraries, and bookstores.

Silvia Pertile
An avid reader and tireless dreamer, she found in illustration the meeting point between her passion for drawing and her love for the written word. After studying art, she trained in editorial illustration through the courses and Master's program at Ars in Fabula in Macerata. She lives in the province of Padua, where she works as an illustrator for graphic studios and museums. She also designs and conducts artistic workshops for children and adults. She has published with Mondadori Libri, Lirabelle Editions, Papiers Coupès, Bacchilega Junior, and Eli Readers.
