From 1700 on, a series of mysterious inns called Locande Mezzanotte (‘Midnight Inns’) opened in several cities throughout Italy. The brave travellers who spent the night at the Midnight Inns could use an extraordinary piece of machinery to move from one inn to another, changing not only the place in which they were, but also the historic period. Travellers could travel from Salgari’s Verona to Ancient Rome to Renaissance Florence, to complete an awesome and extraordinary ‘Grand Tour’. But, as the
centuries passed by, the secret of the Midnight Inns was lost. Until now…

Three young children – Goffredo, Margherita and Rama – find their way into an old now-abandoned inn. They don’t know it yet, but they are going to start an astonishing journey on the trail of the eccentric ‘Count Gazza di Mezzanotte’. To reach the prize, our protagonists need have a thirst for adventure, be street-smart and curious, and cunning at noticing the clues that have been left.
Will they solve the mysteries left by the Count for the worthy to conquer?

Among eccentric writers, dinosaur bones, and cursed stones, the three kids will find themselves… in a sea of trouble!

A Cry of Terracotta

A new incredible adventure awaits the three young Midnight Travelers! While Goffredo is on the run to Milan, Rama and Margherita are catapulted into Sardinia, among bloodthirsty Spaniards, clever cobblers, and curious intellectuals. Their mission? To solve yet another riddle from Count Midnight and recover two ancient terracotta masks… Easier said than done…

The Time Trap

After retrieving the Zamboni Battery and the Mask of Despair, the challenges continue for the young Midnight Travelers! In Milan, a new riddle awaits Margherita and Rama, who travel from 1542 to 1848. Meanwhile, Goffredo discovers that Count Midnight is imprisoned in the Acqui Terme Inn… in the present! Will they manage to reunite and save him?
