The Crimson City Heist
Don’t trust anyone.
Don’t believe anything.
(Not even the sentence you just read.)
A federal sheriff and a strange, impetuous Indian girl who claims to be his sister arrive one day in Crimson City, a place forgotten by everyone, even those who live there.
Their arrival throws the life of the quiet and very isolated city into disarray, and above all, the life of Roy Wilson, the stationmaster’s adopted son.
The two strangers want to know everything about the inhabitants, and also about the gold seekers at Vulture Peak.
According to Sheriff Brown, they want to know too much. Those two bring trouble. And Roy can’t wait to get into trouble… but he doesn’t know what sort of trouble yet. He only knows that that girl, Piper, hides many secrets behind her dark, wild eyes. And his fiancée Mary doesn’t like the way those eyes look at Roy at all…
Weapons hidden by the night, secrets buried in the dust, duels announced in the sunshine: adventure runs wild on the train tracks that pass through Crimson City.
- Can a western also be a great love story? And make you laugh?
- Who knows… in any case, here there are sheriffs, bank robberies, jailbreaks, saloon brawls… plotting, double and triple crossing…and a machine gun that will never shoot. Sorry, Čechov.
