Luca Iaccarino

Luca Iaccarino (Turin, 1972) travels, eats, and writes for Il Corriere della Sera and D – La Repubblica. He is the food editor at publishing house EDT.
His books include Appetiti (EDT, 2021), Cacio e Pepe – Two Detectives at the Restaurant (Mondadori, 2022), and Someone Is Killing Italy’s Greatest Chefs (EDT, 2024).
Since 2020, he has directed Buonissima, the food festival held in Turin.
He has a very patient wife and two very hungry children.
